Everything has a visible surface and an invisible inner face, then everyone recognizes things by looking at the surface.
Occasionally, when you suddenly look inside, you will find something you didn't know, so that your understanding of things will advance.

As for an iceberg, only a small part of it is above the sea, and most of it exists below the sea.
To consider the whole figure of the iceberg, you have to find it below sea level. Find a city is the same thing.
We need to find both the surface and the inner of the city, so that we will find the shape of the city that will lead to the future.
